About Me
I'm passionate about the web.
I'm a developer skilled in HTML5, CSS, and GitHub version control. My journey into tech began as a child hearing my father talk about computer programming as well as visiting his office and watching him work. I took a different route in college and ended up a Speech and Language Pathologist where I have worked in both health care and educational settings with clients of all ages. While I enjoyed working with my clients, I missed the process of creating things. I began taking classes at Skillcrush and rediscovered my passion for creation and development.
The listening, empathizing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills that I've refined over the years as a Speech-Language Pathologist now help me listen to exactly what clients want, then create the beautiful and engaging websites they imagined.
